Glute-Focused Leg Workout: NO MACHINES!

STRETCHING: I like to spend a solid 5-10 minutes stretching before every workout. I stretch my whole body everyday, but it's typically more focused on the muscle group that I'm working. I do this to prevent injury, stretch out my hamstrings and hips before working those muscles in my lifts, and get into the right headspace for working out. A Little Bit About Me

Last year when I first started out on my fitness journey, I found women like Gracefituk and Whitney Simmons to be incredibly inspiring and I loved using their workouts in my own programming. Here I am a year later, still using their workouts and being inspired by their posts. Now, I want to share my own journey to help other women live a healthy lifestyle. I hope to use this blog throughout 2018 to post my workouts, activewear reviews and how I balance work, school, and the gym.  I'm super excited to share my story and a perspective from a younger woman (I'm currently 17), which I feel is lacking on the fitness side of social media.  I hope you enjoy my posts and stick around to see where this year takes me!
